The multipurpose LANXESS arena with it’s audience capacity of 19,250 spectators has proven it’s worth for handball events before, but at the forthcoming Men’s Mandball World Championship 2019, you will also find a Fanzone! In Cologne the Fanzone will create a special vibe in Pagoda tents and the restaurant „Henkelmännchen“. We are looking forward to create an unforgettable experience and transfer a breathtaking atmosphere. Cologne is an attitude to life which stands for candidness, directness and affection, which will shine through in the Fanzone, where fans or curios bypassers can look forward to warm hospitality and unique memories – inside and outside the LANXESS arena. If you come by on the 18th you can experience an opening ceremony, but there will be plenty to do in the Fanzone during all match days. You can learn more about handball and participate in various activities. If you want to test your own handball skills, there’s plenty of opportunities for that as well. You can also stop by just to chill and exchange handball stories with other fans or show your support for your team by coloring your face.
